Ampter is effective to poultry feeding
About Ampter:
Ampter contains a variety of antimicrobial peptides from the pokeweed and the Ascidian, it can effectively improve animals immunity and body resistance, and kill harmful intestinal bacteria to keep the animals health, the ultimate solution commonly found in Piglets weaning stress syndrome issues, such as piglets out fat, diarrhea, asthma, cough, dirty coat and stiff pigs and other phenomena. At the same time, it can effectively promote the T lymphocytes, B lymphocytes and macrophages in cell proliferation, regulate cellular immunity, and enhance animal immune response, enhance immune function.
To determine AMP’s efficiency, a comparison test between azithromycin and Ampter conducted. The result shows soluble AMPs in 1 gram Ampter against E.coli equals to 17,000 IU azithromycin.
Because of their amino acid composition, cationic charge and size, αAMPs and βAMPs in Ampter product could selectively attach to and inset into pathogen membrane bilayers to form a “toroidal-pore” and eventually cause collapse and physical disruption of the target cell's membrane. Experience data indicate that Ampter can significantly inhibit many pathogens including E. coli , Staphylococcus aureus and protozoa. As the data shows, influenza virus, circo virus, blue ear virus and avian infectious bronchitis virus are also sensitive to Ampter.
A series tests conducted to compare Ampter and ampicillin against different bacteria. Ampter and ampicillin against S. aureus, E. coli and salmonella. These tests indicate that AMPs could be used as an alternative to antibiotics.
